These terms cover your use of rhythm-rose.com, which is run by Rhythm & Rose, a trade name of Celebrity Entertainment Inc. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover events you book with us; those are governed by the written agreement you sign at booking.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry, a reply about availability or a proposal is not a booking. A date is held only once you have signed our event agreement and paid the deposit it sets out. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Information on the site

We describe our musicians, ensembles and production options as accurately as we can. Line-ups, equipment and availability change, and anything shown on the site is illustrative until it is written into a proposal or agreement. Prices are given only in proposals.

Our name and content

The Rhythm & Rose name, logo, treble clef mark, icons, text, photographs and recordings on this site belong to Celebrity Entertainment Inc. or are used with permission. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy, reproduce or adapt its content or marks without written permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or collect information from it by automated means.

Links to other sites

The site may link to venues, partners and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Celebrity Entertainment Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of that state.
