Rhythm & Rose is a trade name of Celebrity Entertainment Inc. This policy explains what information we collect through rhythm-rose.com and through enquiries, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions about it go to booking@rhythm-rose.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us or enquire about an event, we receive what you include: usually your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count and any details about the evening.
Information collected when you visit the site. If you accept cookies, we collect how the site is used: pages viewed, how long you stay, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. If you decline, these tools do not set cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries, check availability and prepare proposals.
- To plan and deliver events you book with us.
- To understand which pages are read so we can improve the site.
- To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses the following, only after you select Accept in the cookie banner:
- Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and measure page use.
- Metricool, to measure visits alongside our social media reporting.
Until you choose, Google Tag Manager loads in a mode that sets no analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Google, for email and for site analytics.
- Metricool, for site and social media analytics.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Musicians, production crew and venues working on your event, limited to what they need to deliver it.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years. Records for booked events are kept for as long as needed for the event and for tax and legal requirements. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings, which we set to the shortest practical period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email booking@rhythm-rose.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to client information to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please do not email payment card details.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
